Tuxton China donated their Modena Collection dinnerware to the Golden Knives Challenge held in Tarrytown, NY on May 23rd, 2013.

Six local chefs challenged each other for local supremacy in a 3 week pop-up restaurant challenge. Each evening, two chefs prepare appetizers, entrees and desserts for as many as seventy guests at a time, during two seatings per night. Over the three-week period, they battled each other two at a time, putting out their best food in an attempt to win the tournament and collect the grand prize. Diners select the winner of the six-course gourmet meal by vote at the end of each evening.

The Best in Westchester winning chef was Chef Eric Korn of Good Life Gourmet.
