Custom Decorating

Custom Decoration (decals & custom colors):
• 100 dozen minimum assorted items
• 24 dozen minimum per item
• PMS numbers
• Placement

Custom Items (custom shape):
• 100 dozen minimum per item
• *Case-by-case basis (depending on customer profile)
• Setup fee is a minimum of $500 for production of each physical sample.

Requirements:
• Art work must be 1:1 scale at 300 dpi or higher in resolution
• PMS numbers
• Trademark authorization
• Placement
• A digital image of the custom decorated product will be provided for verification.

All custom orders are subject to a 10% overage or shortage in delivery of order. A 50% deposit is required when placing the purchase order, and/or a purchase agreement must be signed. There are no returns on custom items.

Note on setup fee: If we find that the custom item can be sold as a regular Tuxton product to all our customers and there is no exclusive right over the item, we will give a credit back afterwards.

Once the price quote is accepted, a production sample is made and requires 3~4 weeks. Art work and design specifications must meet the requirements from Tuxton China. Once the production sample is approved and the purchase order is confirmed, we require a lead time of 90~120 days for the products to be available.
